This past weekend at Kart Idaho was nothing short of electric for Scuderia Estoras driver Trey Arzen, who delivered a standout performance filled with speed, strategy, and determination.

With no laps turned on Friday, Trey went into Saturday cold—but it didn’t show. He was on pace immediately, battling for the lead all race long. Despite a last-lap effort, he crossed the line in second place, a razor-thin margin from the win. It was a strong statement of intent.
Sunday, however, was Trey’s day to dominate. He broke the track record in qualifying, then converted that speed into a commanding win in both the heat and the main event. A flawless performance that reminded everyone what he's capable of.

Capping off the weekend was Trey’s entry into the All Star Spud Cup 500-to-Win race. Starting from pole, Trey and the team had incredible speed once again. Unfortunately, a slight miscalculation on tire pressure meant the kart came in just a touch too late to break the draft early. The result? A thrilling last-lap fight that saw Trey narrowly miss the win—just 0.026 seconds at the line.

While the result was heartbreakingly close, the weekend proved Trey Arzen is a force to be reckoned with. Track record pace, strategic racecraft, and relentless competitiveness—he’s ready for more.
Next stop: even bigger goals, sharper execution, and a relentless drive for the top step. Onward.
