Scuderia Estoras USA LO206 Season Wrap: Trey’s Title Run and Laina’s First Podiums

Some seasons end with a checkered flag. Ours ended with a reminder of why we do this in the first place: win together, help each other, and leave the paddock better than we found it.

Trey: Three Series, One Standard

Trey summed it up himself: “What a year. What a ride.”He didn’t miss.

  • TCKC Champion.

  • Kart Idaho Champion.

  • SNS Champion.

  • P3 at the Spud Cup to seal the résumé.

The numbers tell one story. The way it felt tells another. It felt like early mornings where the tent was already buzzing when he walked in. Like the quiet nods before qualifying. Like the small resets after a rough heat that turned into big Sundays. Week after week he kept showing up with the same intent: do the work, finish the job.

Trey kept pointing back to the people around him—Scuderia Estoras and Hanson Racing—for the belief and the grind. We’ll point back to him for setting the tone. Championships don’t happen by accident. Someone has to hold the line when it’s easier not to. This year, that was Trey.

Laina: Two Podiums, One Big Assist

Tri-City Kart Club gave us a weekend we won’t forget. Laina stood on the Senior Briggs podium two days in a row—her first USA podiums—and the route there wasn’t straightforward.

After Saturday’s final, we found a crack in her frame. In motorsport, that usually means “pack it up.” Before anyone could say it out loud, Trey offered his kart for Sunday. No drama. Just a teammate seeing a problem and solving it.

Laina climbed in, made a few changes, and got on with it. A handful of laps later, she was right there on pace. Another podium followed. Her dad’s words say it best: the gesture turned a lost weekend into a milestone. That’s what a team looks like when it’s working.

Thank You

Hanson Racing for trackside support. Our families for the late nights, early mornings, and everything in between. The volunteers and organizers who make these events possible. And the partners who keep the wheels turning.

More speed. More battles. More memories. The journey continues.
