Home Track Emotions. Ups, Downs, Glory, and Growth.

This past weekend, Scuderia Estoras hit the tarmac at our home circuit—West Coast Kart Club—for Round 3 of the BC Championships. Racing at home always carries a bit more weight, and this event proved to be one of the most emotionally charged weekends of the season. From podium fights to mechanical heartbreaks, our drivers showed incredible heart, determination, and composure under pressure. We are proud of every driver, mechanic, and supporter who gave their all in the pits and on the track.
🏁 TAG Junior
Teagan Kleine
Practice: P5 | Qualifying: P7 | Heat 1: P4 | Heat 2: P4 | Pre-Final: P4 | Final: P7
Teagan showed real pace and consistency all weekend. He was in the mix from the start and positioned himself perfectly to challenge for the podium in the Final. After climbing to P3, a tiny miscalculation on the final lap saw him drop a wheel off track and spin. He managed to cross the line in P7—shaken but unbroken. A weekend like this builds champions. Teagan’s racecraft, mental toughness, and positive attitude were on full display. Keep your head up—your time is coming.
Daniel Mesbah
Practice: P10 | Qualifying: P10 | Heat 1: P8 | Heat 2: P10 | Pre-Final: P8 | Final: P9
Daniel took on his first regional with maturity and focus. Every session, he was learning, adapting, and growing. From navigating race traffic to finding his rhythm under pressure, he kept his cool and improved steadily. A Top 10 result in a deep field is something to be proud of—this is just the beginning of what we believe will be a promising racing journey.
💪 Briggs Masters / Heavy
Patrick Kleine
Practice: P11 | Qualifying: P15 | Heat 1: P14 | Heat 2: P13 (with a front bumper penalty) | Pre-Final: P20 (dropped chain on Lap 1) | Final: P14
This category tested Patrick’s resilience more than ever. A setup that just wouldn’t come alive, a chain failure in the Pre-Final, and a final race that started from the back—but he didn’t back down. Patrick carved his way forward and was on track for a strong recovery before a mechanical issue in the last lap saw him drop a position. Through it all, he showed what it means to never give up and to keep fighting, no matter the challenge.
👊 TAG Masters
Dan Monteiro
Practice: P5 | Qualifying: P8 | Heat 1: P8 | Heat 2: DNF | Pre-Final: P6 | Final: P10
Dan had a rollercoaster weekend but stayed composed throughout. After a solid start in practice and Heat 1, a DNF in Heat 2 added some pressure. He responded like a veteran—bouncing back with a strong Pre-Final and holding his ground in the Final. His consistency and energetic presence are invaluable assets to the team, and he continues to set an example for our younger drivers.
⚙️ Shifters
Patrick Kleine (DD2)
Practice: P7 | Qualifying: P6 | Heat 1: P4 | Heat 2: P7 | Pre-Final: P6 | Final:
Running a DD2 against a full field of 6-speed shifter karts is no small task, but Patrick was unfazed. He found speed quickly and fought hard through each race, mixing it up with faster machinery and showing smart racecraft. To hold P6 all weekend in a category not suited to his kart—now that’s commitment. He drove with confidence, creativity, and absolute heart.
Dan Monteiro
Practice: P1 | Qualifying: P4 | Heat 1: P3 | Heat 2: P4 | Pre-Final: P4 | Final: P4
Dan opened the weekend on top with P1 in practice and stayed in the leading pack throughout. Clean starts, solid defending, and a controlled race style brought him a well-earned P4 overall. His performance here showed just how sharp he is behind the wheel and how well he can manage a race across multiple sessions. Quietly consistent—and quietly deadly.
🔥 TAG Senior
Marco Kacic
Practice: P2 | Qualifying: P2 | Heat 1: P3 | Heat 2: P7 (penalty) | Pre-Final: P10 (protest) | Final: P3
A weekend of drama and redemption for Marco. He started off strong, consistently running up front. A questionable penalty and protest knocked him down the grid, but Marco came alive in the Final. Driving with clinical aggression, he fought through the field and earned a well-deserved spot on the podium. This is what great drivers do—turn setbacks into statements.
Devon Radosevic
Practice: P21 | Qualifying: DQ (weight error) | Heat 1: P10 | Heat 2: DNF (crash) | Pre-Final: P9 | Final: P9
After an unfortunate DQ in qualifying due to a team error and a DNF from an incident out of his control, Devon could’ve thrown in the towel—but he didn’t. He kept his head down and drove smart, clean, and focused. Back-to-back top-10 finishes in the Pre-Final and Final prove his determination. A gritty, gutsy performance from a driver with heart.
🧒 Jr 2 Briggs
Teagan Kleine
Practice: P9 | Qualifying: P10 | Heat 1: P9 | Heat 2: P8 | Pre-Final: DNF | Final: P9
This weekend was a mechanical nightmare in Jr 2 Briggs. Despite swapping engines three times, Teagan never had a kart that was fully up to pace. Still, he gave it everything, fighting through the field with raw talent and determination. He never complained—he just raced. These are the weekends that build character, and Teagan passed the test with flying colours.
🇺🇸 Senior Briggs (US Team Visit)
Chase Reynolds
Practice: P6 | Qualifying: DQ (fuel issue) | Heat 1: P6 | Heat 2: P7 | Pre-Final: P5 | Final: P9
Chase’s weekend started with a fuel issue that pushed him to the back, but he came back with a vengeance. His pace and overtaking were impressive, and despite being caught in an incident in the Final, he kept pushing. A tough racer with a great attitude—glad to have him up from the States.
Trey Arzen
Practice: P7 | Qualifying: P2 | Heat 1: P5 | Heat 2: P6 | Pre-Final: P4 | Final: P14
Trey showed great qualifying pace and was consistent through the heats. Unfortunately, contact in the first lap of the Final dropped him to the back of the field. He didn’t quit—he fought his way back into the race and still brought the kart home. Great speed and an even better mindset.
Madison Hanson
Practice: P15 | Qualifying: P18 | Heats: P15 & P15 | Pre-Final: P17 | Final: P17
Madison kept things steady and learned a ton on this technical and fast circuit. Consistent lap times and smooth progression through each session mark a solid learning weekend. Every lap counts.
Aiden Hanson
Practice: P18 | Qualifying: P14 | Heat 1: P18 | Heat 2: P16 | Pre-Final: P20 | Final: P16
Aiden improved with every race. He handled the competition and conditions with focus and showed flashes of strong potential in his driving. Great to see him finding his groove and building experience with each round.
