Exciting double header weekend at GMR! We spent the 2 days before the weekend practicing as well as we had an open day for our sponsors. Several people showed up and tried a lap in our race karts. BBQ lunch was served and everyone had a great time.
The weekend races were hot. 40C temperature on track provided lots of grip :)
Saturday qualifying and races ended up with double podium finish. Patrick got P2 as well as Teagan!
Sunday we fought for P1 positions. Qualifying was not great, however we got P1 at the sprint race. We had very fast karts, and the battle for P1 was fantastic. At the end, we were able to secure P2 again and collect valuable points.
With 2 more race weekends to go, the fight for championship standings is heating up!
